Aponeurotic fibroma (also known as "Calcifying aponeurotic fibroma," and "Juvenile aponeurotic fibroma") is characterized by a lesion that usually presents as a painless, solitary, deep fibrous nodule, often adherent to tendon, fascia, or periosteum, on the hands and feet.
