Bunnvale is an unincorporated community in Lebanon Township, Hunterdon County, New Jersey, United States.[1]

Bunnvale is located on County Route 513, approximately Script error: No such module "convert". northwest of Lebanon. The Raritan River, and Ken Lockwood Gorge Wildlife Management Area, are located east of Bunnvale.[2]
