The Cook Islands cricket team is the team that represents the New Zealand dependency of the Cook Islands in international cricket matches. They became an International Cricket Council member in 2000. They made their international debut in the Pacifica Championship in 2001, finishing fifth in the eight team tournament. They finished one place higher the following year.
They entered the qualification race for the 2011 World Cup, finishing as runners up in the 2005 ICC EAP Cricket Cup. This gave them a place in the 2006 ICC EAP Cricket Trophy, where they finished second to Fiji, missing out on a place in Division Three of the ICC World Cricket League in 2007.
