Daniel Chris Putnam (born September 17, 1982 in Scott Air Force Base, Illinois) is an outfielder. As a student at Rancho Bernardo High School in 2001, he was named the USA Today California High School Player of the Year. He attended Stanford University and was drafted by the A's in
