Sub-brands operated by GMAC Real Estate include "Elegant Homes", "GMAC Real Estate Second Homes", and "Home Rewards". The company differentiated itself from its competition[citation needed] by focusing its internal efforts and external marketing on "service", through its branded "Premier Service" program.
