Human biology

For the academic journal, see Human Biology (journal). For the textbook, see Human Biology (textbook).

Human biology is an interdisciplinary area of study that examines humans through the influences and interplay of many diverse fields such as genetics, evolution, physiology, epidemiology, ecology, nutrition, population genetics and sociocultural influences. [1] It is closely related to biological anthropology and other biological fields.

The University of South Wales inherited the University of Glamorgan's top ranking degree system for human biology after a large scale university merger which the university is also ranked second in anatomy and physiology within the United Kingdom [2][3]
