Savan Harish Kotecha is an American songwriter and record producer of Indian descent, from Austin, Texas.[1] Kotecha has co-written such hits as Ellie Goulding' "Love Me Like You Do" Britney Spears' "If U Seek Amy" and "I Wanna Go", Usher’s "DJ Got Us Fallin' in Love", Ariana Grande's "Problem" and "Break Free", "Love Me Harder", "One Last Time" , Jessie J's Grammy Nominated Bang Bang (Jessie J, Ariana Grande and Nicki Minaj song), One Direction's "What Makes You Beautiful", "Kiss You" and "Live While We're Young", and Maroon 5's "One More Night" amongst others. The recipient of 9 BMI Awards 9 ASCAP Awards, and 2 Billboard Music Awards, Kotecha’s songs have achieved number one status all over the world, having sold more than 180 million copies.
