Susan Kay Pitt (born June 18, 1948) is an American former competition swimmer and world record-holder.

As a 16-year-old, she represented the United States at the 1964 Summer Olympics in Tokyo, Japan.[1] Pitt swam for the gold medal-winning U.S. team in the preliminary heats of the women's 4x100-meter medley relay.[1][2] She was not eligible for a medal under the 1964 international swimming rules, however, because she did not swim in the event final.

Pitt set a new world record in the 200-meter butterfly (long course) of 2:29.1 on July 27, 1963, which she held until it was eclipsed by Sharon Stouder in 1964.
